Your name or Shopid *
artbylindalou
How long did it take you to become a proseller? *
24-36 months (2-3 years)
What advice can you give to someone who wants to become a proseller? *
I do lots of designs and lots of products but keep it true to your own style. blog and get your link out in social media. Use Press release sites (most are free) to think of something special about your shop and brag about it~ twitter when you get a sale~
How many stores do you have? *
5-10
What benefits do you see for choosing this number of stores? and what do you recommend for others who are just starting out on whether to choose 1 store or multiple stores? *
it's a bit easier to organize, but frustrating when you want to cross promote designs..I think it is easier for customers to find an item in a less crowded store or for a particular purpose.. for example I made a please save the date store, that just focuses on that one niche.
What types of advertising do you do? *
  • Off-Zazzle websites
  • Blogs (blogspot, wordpress, etc.)
  • Microblogs (twitter, plurk, etc.)
  • SNS (facebook, myspace, etc.)
  • Handouts (flyers, stickers, business cards, etc.)
  • Forums (groups, messege boards, etc.)
What types of advertising do you recommend for someone just starting out and why? *
Social media is free and can reach lots of folks, ask your friends to spread the news or 'like' your page.
Not talking dollar wise, just volume & frequency of sales do you... (select all that apply, some answer may be contradictory based on seasonal sales) *
  • have 1-5 days per month with no sale
  • have 2+ days per week with no sale
  • sell under 5 products per day on most days
  • have 1 shopper pruchase over 25 items in 1 purchase at least once per month
  • have 1 shopper pruchase over 25 items in 1 purchase at least once per month
  • sell a lot of lower priced items like postcards and buttons
What product in your store are you most proud of or what product in your store is your favorite? Include link to product page and why it is your favorite. *
That's a difficult question, my latest design is usually my favorite. My beachy wedding collection is taken from a photograph I took at the Jersey shore, and remains a best seller and one of my personal favoirtes. On the back is a palm tree scene from Ft. Lauderdale Florida
